Jazz à Juan Festival

Jazz à Juan Festival – Summer Vibes by the Sea

Back in the 1950s, it was vinyl records that introduced people in France to jazz greats like Duke Ellington and Sidney Bechet. They only performed in two cities—Paris and Juan-les-Pins—and that helped put this little seaside town on the jazz map.

Since it kicked off in 1960, Jazz à Juan has welcomed legends like Ella Fitzgerald, Nina Simone, Louis Armstrong, Miles Davis, George Benson, and even Ray Charles, who played his first European show right here. No wonder it’s considered the most iconic jazz festival on the French Riviera!

Set in the beautiful Gould pine forest, right by the sea, the festival is like a dream stage for artists from around the world. Whether it’s gospel, blues, be-bop, jazz-rock, or even electro-jazz, both legendary performers and new talent bring the music to life—with the Mediterranean sunset as their backdrop.

Mark your calendar: from July 10 to 20, 2025, Juan-les-Pins will be buzzing with amazing live music and good vibes
